1. General Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back to us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods and services are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, eBooks, software)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened beauty, hygiene, or consumable products

3. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@trendello.site with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions, including our return address. Do not send the product back without receiving authorization.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days.
  • A partial refund may be granted in certain cases (e.g., items not in original condition or returned after the window has passed).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing time can vary between institutions.

7. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@trendello.site and include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs if applicable

We’ll guide you through the exchange process. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

We will either replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.


9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@trendello.site with your order number.

Custom or digital orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.


10. Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or delivered.

This includes:

  • Digital downloads
  • eBooks
  • Online courses
  • Exclusive digital media

If you experience technical issues with your download or access, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.


11. Refund Exceptions

In some cases, at our discretion, we may:

  • Offer store credit instead of a cash refund
  • Approve late returns due to extenuating circumstances
  • Deny returns or refunds where we believe abuse of policy or fraudulent behavior has occurred

12. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
